Track Your Order

Look up your parcel

The button opens 17TRACK, a free third-party tracking service that covers the carriers we use, in a new tab. Paste the reference exactly as it appears in your dispatch email, including any letters at the start and end.

Reading the tracking

Statuses read differently depending on whether the parcel is still in the origin country or has reached yours, and the wording changes again once a local carrier takes over. These are the common ones:

What each status means and whether you need to do anything
What you seeWhat it meansAction needed
Label created / order receivedWe have generated the reference but the parcel has not been scanned yetNone — normal on day one
Accepted / collectedThe carrier has scanned the parcel into their networkNone
In transit / departed facilityThe parcel is moving between sorting centresNone
Arrived at destination countryIt has landed and is queued for customs or local handlingNone, but customs can pause it
Customs clearanceYour country is processing the parcel for importWait — with DDP pricing, import charges are already covered
Out for deliveryIt is on the van todayMake sure somebody can receive it
DeliveredThe carrier has completed deliveryCheck your usual safe place first
No further informationThe reference is quiet — often between handoversWait a day, then email us

Quiet periods are normal. International parcels regularly go a few days without an update while they clear customs or cross between carrier networks. A reference that has not moved since the last scan is not the same thing as a parcel that has been lost.

When tracking has not updated

  1. Check the reference. Typos account for a good share of “no information” results — copy and paste it rather than retyping.
  2. Give it a day. First scans and carrier handovers both create quiet gaps. A quiet reference on day one or two is not yet a problem.
  3. Email us the order number. If it has been quiet for a while, send the order number to fangearprohelp@outlook.com and we will chase the carrier from our side.
  4. We open a trace. Carrier-side systems show more than the public tracking page does. We keep you updated with what they come back with, rather than leaving you refreshing.

Common questions

Check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us with your order number and we will resend the reference.

Check around your property, with neighbours, and with anyone else at the address. If it is still missing, email us the order number and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Quiet periods are normal, but if the reference has not moved for a long stretch, email us. Customs and carrier handovers both produce long quiet periods that resolve on their own.

Only before dispatch. Once the parcel is in transit the address is locked, so message us immediately if you spot a mistake.

No. The reference from your dispatch email is all the tracker needs.

Still need help?

Send us your order number and we will find out what the carrier is actually doing with it.
