How your order travels from our warehouse to your door: the stages, the time each one takes, how to track it, and what happens when something goes wrong on the way.
A jersey order moves through two separate stages, and they add up. Knowing which stage you are in is the fastest way to work out when your parcel will land.
The first stage is preparation: picking your jersey, checking it over and packing it. The second is the journey itself. Customised jerseys add a third element in between, because the name and number have to be printed before the parcel can be sealed.
The stages add up. A standard order takes the processing time plus the delivery time. A custom order takes the custom printing time plus the delivery time. Plan from the total, not from either number alone.
Once your order is confirmed, we pick the jersey, check it for faults and pack it for transit. This takes 1–3 business days. You will get a confirmation email with a tracking reference as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start their processing clock on the next working day. During a season launch, when new jerseys land all at once, preparation can take the longer end of that window simply because of volume.
Custom jerseys need 3–5 business days for production, plus an additional 2–3 business days for name and number printing, before the parcel is sealed and dispatched.
Transit takes 7–15 business days for North America and Europe, and 7–20 business days for the rest of the world. Two orders leaving our warehouse on the same day can arrive a week apart, and that is normal rather than a problem: the difference comes from how far the parcel travels, how the destination country handles incoming post, and how quickly customs clears it.
| Destination | Typical transit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| United States | 7–15 business days | Domestic carrier network |
| Canada | 7–15 business days | Customs clearance applies |
| United Kingdom & EU | 7–15 business days | Customs clearance applies |
| Australia & New Zealand | 7–20 business days | Biosecurity checks can add days |
| Rest of world | 7–20 business days | Transit varies most here |
Treat these as the pattern, not a guarantee — customs and local carriers can add days at any time. Windows count from dispatch, not from the order date.
Duties, taxes and customs. All item prices are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties and customs taxes are already included in the price you pay, for every destination we deliver to. You will never face surprise fees when the parcel arrives.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? Our 30-day returns policy covers it — and once your parcel is on its way, the tracking page explains every status you will see.

Every dispatch gets a tracking reference by email. Paste it into the carrier's tracking page and you will see the parcel's progress as it is scanned along the route.
The first update can take a little while to appear — international carriers need 2–4 business days to scan the parcel into their network before anything shows. A reference that looks quiet for the first day or two is almost never a problem.
Things outside our control that can add time:
Yes, if your order has not been dispatched yet — email us straight away and we will update it. Once the parcel is in transit the address cannot be changed by us.
No. Every price on our site is DDP — duties and import taxes are included in what you pay us, so nothing is collected on arrival.
Some carriers accept them and some do not, which means we cannot guarantee it for every destination. Use a street address and you will avoid the question entirely.
The carrier will usually leave a card and try again or hold the parcel at a local depot. If it is returned to us because nobody collected it, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt.
Email us your order number — our support team replies within 24 hours.
